The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient because there were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the free breakfast that was included with our stay.
The walls were thin, we could hear everything going on in the hallway and adjoining rooms. , the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.

The hotel has great facilities and is located in a convenient spot in the centre of town. We loved the fact that it is right opposite the museum that we wanted to visit and it is in close proximity to some very interesting Boer War battlefields. Additionally, the staff were lovely and provided excellent service, especially during our family crisis. We also appreciated the complimentary car wash service offered by the hotel.
Not one thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic stay in this city.

It is located in the heart of town, right in front of an interesting museum that we wanted to visit. it is in close proximity to very interesting Boer War battlefields. We stayed in a big and clean room with comfortable white sheets and a cozy bed. the staff was polite and helpful, going the extra mile to get us a cellphone charger. the breakfast and dinner buffets were well presented and delicious.
The lack of a bar fridge in our big and spacious room.

During my Easter weekend stay, I was pleased with the spacious and clean room provided. the friendly and helpful staff made a positive impression on me. the hotel's location was also ideal, located close to shopping centers and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast which offered a variety of options.
The air conditioner in the room only had one setting and I found the WiFi to be unreliable as I constantly had to type in the lengthy password.
